I am the company administrator, and I have almost never had to instruct employees on how to use the software. It's also super easy to manage users and groups using the admin tools on the website. Anytime I have needed help or a question answered, the Trillian staff have always responded immediately and have always taken ideas for improvement seriously; in fact, they welcome those ideas.
